Scheduling of Appointments


I suggest making all of your service reservations at least 2 weeks in advance and at least 1 month in advance for extensive services. Please arrive on time for all scheduled appointments (plan to arrive 15 minutes early). I reserve to right to refuse any service. Please, only bring children that are receiving service and refrain from bringing food and drinks unless you are receiving extensive services. Our waiting lounge is provided to entertain our scheduled guests and space is limited so I ask that you do not bring additional people with you during your salon visit.  I highly recommend scheduling your next service prior to leaving the salon.




Concerned of the process and procedures? I offer free consultations to put your mind at ease. This is a very important opportunity to freely express your concerns, ask questions and fully understand the services available to you. Allow me to help you choose a style that fits your personality, is affordable and provides the maximum benefit.


Hair Ordering and Hair Installation Policies


• Human Hair is NOT included in the cost of the Hair Extension Installation. 

• Virgin and Remy Human Hair Extensions are NOT provided for purchase by the salon but I can assist you in purchasing quality hair extensions. If you need help ordering hair, call in advance to ensure arrival prior to your installation appointment.

• Please allow adequate shipment time for any pre-ordered hair. Failure to do so will result in appointment cancellation.

• All payments for ordering hair must be paid for before the order is placed. All hair is non –refundable or exchangeable due to health code violations.


Cancellation Policies:


To cancel, change or reschedule appointments call (501) 348-3480. Please notify me at least 48 hours prior to the date and time of appointment for cancellations or adjustments. Any client that does not give 48 hour notice of cancellation will be subject to a $25 fee added to the rescheduled appointment or denial of future appointments. “No Show” clients will be required to pay for missed appointment and a deposit for the full amount of next requested service upon booking follow-up appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable but go towards cost of the next appointment. I appreciate your cooperation in this regard. Showing up for scheduled appointments simply lets me service you better and respects the time of other customers (my appointments tend to be fully booked up ahead of time). Thank you for your consideration.


Late Arrival

Due to the nature of my services, I must try to stay on a timely basis.   In the event you are more than 15-20 minutes late for an install we may need to reschedule your appointment.   Arrival after 30 minutes of scheduled time may subject you to a $10 late fee and or rescheduled appointment. If you are more than an hour late, you will be unable to reschedule the appointment and any associated deposit will be forfeited. 




• A 48 hour notice is required to cancel all appointments.
• All requested deposits will be applied to the final balance.
• Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will require the remaining balance to be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment. 
• Deposits will be forfeited for same day cancellations.
• Phone and Text cancellations are accepted and considered early cancellations as long as they are within the 48-hour time frame.
• Same day cancellations and last minute rescheduling is not acceptable and your deposit is forfeited.
